After a week off, The Box Out returns and the guys have a ton to talk about.

Last night was the season finale for the New York Knicks and possibly Carmelo Anthony’s final game as a Knick. Jason and Kahlil will discuss whether Anthony remains in New York or if his future is somewhere else.

Also, how did Phil Jackson get a two-year extension? The weekly Phil Jackson-Knicks blackout session returns for the worst GM/President in basketball today The Zen Master.  

The six month long NBA Playoffs begins this weekend as the Boston Celtics overtook the “tired” Cleveland Cavaliers to take the number one seed in the East. In the West, Golden State is the top seed and many believe that they have a clear path to their third consecutive NBA Finals appearance. Who will win the NBA Title? Jason and Kahlil will make their predictions for the NBA Playoffs.

The guys will go over their brackets, which may or may not be broken, and who they believe will come out on top in Monday’s championship game.

Last week’s show featured technical issues which prevented Jason from losing his mind on Knicks president Phil Jackson. Jason will get his chance to go off on Jackson amid the Knicks looking like a team that is going into tanking mode.

Who is the NBA MVP? Is it Russell Westbrook or James Harden? The guys will discuss along with the latest NBA news.

Also last week Georgetown fired John Thompson III as head coach. Kahlil and Jason will talk about the future of Georgetown basketball and whether they should stay in the family with Patrick Ewing or go outside Hoya nation.
