It's March Madness time and The Box Out is here to cover all the happenings on the first full day of the  2016 NCAA Tournament. Kahlil and Jason will discuss the brackets, who they believe got snubbed from the tournament and who they think was setup to fail based on their placement in the tournament. Then the moment you all have been waiting for..the guys will pick their Final Four teams and who they believe will win the National Championship.

With all the talk about college basketball, the NBA has almost been forgotten about but not on The Box Out. Kahlil and Jason will talk about the latest drama surrounding the Knicks, including Phil Jackson having super secret trainings with players about the Triangle Offense. Should the tanking officially begin for the Knicks?

In a very special episode of The Box Out, Kahlil and Jason talks about their upcoming journeys, Jason to D.C. for the Big Ten touney and Kahlil to Brooklyn for the ACC Tourney. Both will breadown their tournaments along with the other major conference tournaments that are taking place this week. 

The guys will also discuss the "no sound" game at Madison Square Garden on Sunday between the Knicks and Warriors. Why would MSG brass even think that would be a good idea? 

One of the most touted pickups in NBA free agency history seemed to be center Andrew Bogut when the Cleveland Cavaliers picked him up. Just 58 seconds into his Cavs debut, he breaks his leg and is out indefientely. Kahlil and Jason will discuss how Bogut's absence could affect Cleveland.

We are a week removed from the NBA's Trade Deadline and the landscape of the league has changed. Kahlil and Jason will discuss whether the trades have benefitted teams and if the teams are better or worst.

Speaking of trades, the Knicks made none and now Joakim Noah will miss the remainder of the year. Has the Knicks season effectively ended in March with the injury and the lack of heart from the team? Is there anything left in tank of the Knicks? 

The Nets lost 16 games in a row before beating the Kings on the road on Wednesday. Does the Nets' "process" have merit? Can they be good sooner than later? 

Kevin Durant will miss at least a month and many are saying that Golden State will suffer during this time. Does Durant's injury open the door for teams like San Antonio and Jason's pick to make major noise the Houston Rockets? The guiys will discuss. 

Gonzaga finally lost their first game of the season to BYU on Saturday We now have a new number one in Kansas. Is there a front runner to win the Nation Championship?
