Double Jab Podcast

Welcome back to Double Jab! Listen to anarchist, Miguel, allegedly, and Marxist, Bryan Kim discuss the latest news in the Pacific Northwest and greater Portland area.

We begin by recapping the recent Multnomah County Board meeting and the push for a ceasefire resolution in Palestine and Gaza.

Then, we discuss Oregon recriminalizing drug possession and undoing the progress of Measure 110 before the law was even able to take proper effect.

In the first episode we discuss the recent protest to demand a ceasefire in Palestine, at Portland City Council. We discuss how the activists were asked to leave, the meeting adjourned, and the sheer dismissal by city commissioners that despise their people.

Then we discuss how Rene Gonzalez should never be mayor, his policies that kill unhoused Portlanders, how he's worked to dismantle Portland Street Response, mocked his constituents, and is freaking out that someone had enough and lit his car on fire!
