In 1988-1989, Jackie Hernandez was haunted in her own home. The hauntings, to some seemed as a way for Jackie to gain publicity to earn money after leaving her husband. On September 29, 1982, 12 year-old Mary Ann Kellerman passed away in her home from a dose of Tylenol. Unknown to her parents, the bottle they had purchased from the drug store contained Tylenol laced with potassium cyanide. Mary would not be the only one that passed away from the tainted bottles, 6 other people would lose their lives as well. 

James Lewis was never charged with the murders. He only served 13 years in prison for admitting to being the one who wrote the extortion letter to Johnson & Johnson. The case remains unsolved today.
