Extremely delayed in publishing; this episode goes over the nominees for this year's Car of the Year award with our magazine. We're in the studio with Adi, Jerry, and a member of our team who is new to podcasting. Stuart talks about his fleet of red Fords, and the Lexus NX 300 he has been driving. Jerry whines about the infotainment system in the Lexus LS 500, and we go on about how lovely the Genesis G70 is. 

We're live from the LA Auto Show, learning about the latest reveals in the North American auto industry. We did some quick recording from the cabin of the new Kia K900, and then brought in some friends from the Canadian journalism and auto world. Visitors to our podcast this episode are auto journalists Dan Heyman and Evan Williams, and our friend and Mopar enthusiast Brad Horn from Fiat-Chrysler Canada. Cars talked about include the new Porsche 911, Jeep Gladiator, and many more! 

This week we’re honoured to have Trevor Byrne in the studio. Trevor is the mastermind behind the Bucket Seat podcast and is a connoisseur of all things automotive. He’s also a closet Subaru fanboy but has a long history with older tuned Hondas. In the garage this week is some great machinery including the Toyota Corolla Hatchback, the new Lexus LS 500 F-Sport, the BMW M5 Competition, and the Range Rover Td6 diesel. We also say farewell to one of our colleagues, a regular podcast teammate.

We have driven a variety of classic Nissan Z cars, namely a 1972 Datsun 240Z and a 1996 300ZX Twin Turbo. Jerry fawns over one, and Adi fawns over the other. We have just overnighted Louis from Japan and hear about his experiences there. We also covered two racetracks in one day, and Adi is back from judging for Canadian Car of the Year with the Automotive Journalists Association of Canada. 

We've driven a duo of supercars; the McLaren 720S and the Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster. We talk in depth about the differences between 710 and 740 horsepower, and how much of a scalpel the 720S is. The Lamborghini is exactly what a dream car should be, and we touch on that too. Also, Adi bought something with a V8, and we compare Jerry's test drive of the Camaro SS to the Mustang Bullitt and the Challenger Hellcat. 

Guest and friend of the podcast Art Malczewski is in the studio, talking about his experience with older Mercedes-Benz vehicles, his BMW 2002, and his latest Japanese acquisition. We have the Nissan Kicks and the Audi R8 V10 Plus in the studio, both cars we REALLY enjoyed and are excited about. Adi has also just returned from the Northwest Territories where he drove the redesigned 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, and Louis went to California to drive the new all-wheel-drive Nissan Altima!

We have two insane vehicles outside the studio right now -- the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and the new Acura NSX. We discuss in detail the effect this NSX has on us, as well as the 707-horsepower Hellcat-powered Grand Cherokee. We get into some debate and also touch on some other models such as the new all-electric Smart EQ Fortwo.

Back from the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit, we talk about all things Mustang. Adi drove two vintage Mustangs, a right-drive Bullitt, and spent a week with a 2018 GT. We have guests and friends of the podcast Ryan McDoom and Chris Umali in the studio, both local frequenters of the motorsports scene and track day enthusiasts. We have the 2019 Alpina B7 Exclusive Edition parked outside, and compare it to the M760Li Jerry tested earlier in the year.

In the studio with us is close friend of the podcast Thomas Holland of "The Throttle House". We have a great battle between the new 2019 Mazda MX-5 and the Fiat 124 Spider. Jerry has brought over a very loud BMW M4 Competition Package, and we discuss other local happenings. 

We're back from some adventures, and vehicles tested include the Lamborghini Huracan Performante, the Rolls-Royce Phantom, and many more. We chat about the Ford Mustang Bullitt, and the updated 2019 Mazda MX-5!
