Today's episode is by far one of my favorites, mainly for how I and our next guest met!  His name is Doug Leeby and he is the CEO of Beeline, an extended workforce platform that serves that talent acquisition market.  First, though, a huge shoutout goes to Leslie Vickrey and Michelle Krier for introducing me to Jessica Ashcraft who then made the bromance happen between Doug and myself.  

In my conversation with Doug, you will hear how the power of vulnerability will help you build better relationships in life.  you will hear about how Doug's mom taught him the power of listening, as well as how Doug's father taught him about integrity, honor, and how writing a handwritten note will never go out of style.   Doug shares why putting your ego aside can help you grow!  One of my favorite things he said though was the reminder of just treating people with respect and being nice!
