30 Years Later - Now It's Time

The Disappearance of Stanley Bain was first published in January 2023, and this is the first major update since then. In this chapter, host Will Rice devotes an entire episode to an interview with Melissa Bain, Stanley's daughter. The episode also covers different scenarios previously explored, and Melissa shares what she believes happened to her father and the four other men who joined him on the expedition. Nearly thirty years after Stanley's disappearance, people are still searching for answers and asking tough questions.

The Disappearance of Stanley Bain was originally published in January 2023, and this marks the first major update to the story since then. In this episode, host Will Rice recaps the season and introduces new voices, perspectives, and information to the case.

Thirty years after Stanley's disappearance, people are still searching for answers and asking tough questions.

In Episode Five, in 2022 host Will Rice was able to interview the two people who were hired by Stanley Bain to manage the Cargill Creek and Grassy Cay Lodge for the 1995/1996 fishing Season. Just one of their responsibilities – was managing and maintaining all of the boats.

This is the story of Stanley Bain and his crew – who disappeared sometime on – or after - August 5th, 1995 from South Andros Island in the Bahamas. The crew and three boats set off together on a fishing trip for Lobster, to feed guests of the Cargill Creek fly fishing lodge for the upcoming season. According to most people I've interviewed, the outing was supposed to last two weeks – the mission was to harvest 1000 lobsters. The men… the boats… were never seen again.
