When you look back on life how do you want to have shown up?

My guess is unapologetically YOU. Figuring out who your authentic self is can be difficult, and is not a linear process, nor is it something with a definite finish line. It is something that you can learn to become better at and learn what makes you, you.

Setting goals is one of the most important tools to conquer in life, and without them life can seem pretty boring.

I want to be clear we don't always need to be working towards a huge goal or achievement but holding ourselves accountable for the goals that we are so worthy of completing, is important and can come with so many great rewards.

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to the very first episode of Down to Earth!

In this episode I briefly discuss who I am and what I want to bring you with this podcast channel. My biggest goal is to be able to provide you with a safe space to breathe, reset, and be able to feel grounded while learning new perspectives on problems you may be facing in your everyday life.

Life so far while just stepping into my 20s has already come with so much learning, and so much passion for helping people through my experiences to hopefully help you feel less alone, and to build tools to tackle some problems we may relate on.

That being said thank you for bearing through my pilot episode with lots of work to be done, you can officially say you've been here since the start.

Throughout this podcast and beyond my DMs will always be open if you need someone to talk to, if you have questions, or even comments on the things I touch on during my episodes.
