A leap in consciousness
I have been reading Books on consciousness, energetic healing, Quantum techniques, Mindfullness, You name it , I've read it.
Light years ahead of anything out there.
A great guide to high consciousness
I have ready a fair amount about, enlightenment, higher consciousness, etc. and I have to say Aleya did a great job expanding on multiple different things that can be accomplished through consciousness. She is a great guide into meditation.
Narration detracts/distracts from material
What did you like best about Seven Cups of Consciousness? What did you like least?
Many concepts resonate with me and others do not. Each time I want to return the audio she says something of value and I become hesitant. The reading is annoying. Too much tone inflection. Makes me want to turn it off.
What didnt you like about Aleya Daos performance?
I would rather hear a simple narrative instead of all the extra voice inflection. It makes it difficult to take the information seriously.
Was Seven Cups of Consciousness worth the listening time?
Somewhat hard to listen to but interesting.
Any additional comments?
Useful information to ponder, imo. Some concepts seem contrived but I don't know everything. I cannot discount them simply because it is unfamiliar.
going to purchase hard copy
I love what the book represents--the info about it and I've gone to the authors website. I simply don't care for the narration. The voice is too nasal and the expression and way of reading is slightly irritating. Too much forced breeziness! I can't focus on what is being said for the way it is said. Still I like the concepts I read about in books information page, so I will try it by reading hard copy.
Definitely Worth Reading!
There were many interesting concepts and applications. I will definitely listen to the book again.
