Still improving

This is the third Pimsleur Vietnamese course I have completed and my Vietnamese is definitely improving. The courses are split into manageable half hour sessions that involve repeating old stuff as well as learning new material.

you can really learn to speak thai!

Last year was 2 weeks in Thailand. I thought Thai was impossible to grasp. I've learned maybe 10 words. This year 3 months before visiting Thailand i started listening to lessons units 1 to 20. I was able to communicate on very basic level even with some native thais who didn't understand english at all. Next year i'll take lessons 20 to 40:) Also after taking 3 months lessons i was able to learn much more new words in Thailand than first time. Your ears get used to Thai language melody.

Great for learning thai

This is great for leaning thai. I thoroughly enjoy the lessons. However there are a few things that they will say different in Bangkok that the locals will correct you on but Al least you will understand enough to BE corrected lol

There are a few errors on this one where they are not clear on whether you should be saying the male or female parts.

Also there are words that are not clear so sometime I need to get clarification from the locals.q

Apart from those things, if you are an auditory learner this is excellent.

I really like it as i begin to learn it and get better at it. i know it will take time a work to get as good as i want, but the phillipines weather is are 80 degrees year round. o i will be trying to move and live there i cant handle the cold ever again. gotta go there and get a wife.
