About THE WELCOME TABLE: The Welcome Table is a community engagement program dedicated to spreading awareness about homelessness in Downtown Atlanta, and to supporting crucial organizations that directly serve people experiencing homelessness. Theatrical Outfit is excited to partner with Atlanta Children’s Shelter for our second annual “The Welcome Table.” Founded in 1986 by the Junior League of Atlanta and located in the North Avenue Presbyterian Church, the Atlanta Children’s Shelter provides free, quality day care, emotional support, an educational curriculum for homeless children, and focused social services for their families.
