What drives our actions and behaviour?

In the Bhagavad Gita, Arjun asks Lord Krishna: If we act according to our attributes, then how are we responsible for our actions? Lord Krishna answered this deep question with great clarity, dispelling ignorance of Arjun.

When will we see God?

Once upon a time, the sage Narad met two seekers on his way.

In the hopes of witnessing God, they were meditating beneath a tree.

One of them asked the Sage Narad, "When will I see God?"

To this, the sage Narad replied that it would take 10 more births.

The seeker became angry after hearing the response and stopped meditating.

When the other seeker asked the same question, Sage Narad replied that you will have to take ‘countless’ births to witness God.

After hearing this, the seeker behaved in an unexpected way, and he witnessed God instantly.

Despite a disheartening reply, what did that seeker say that melted the heart of God?

Why does God make us suffer?
