This is the last Episode in 2021. Here's Dr BB's Thank You message to her Global Audience: "Another year is almost over. Thank you for respecting who I am and the work I have shared with you in this Podcast - To be Honest. To Be Honest has been up and running since September 2020, the year of the COVID and sixteen months on, we are still being affected by it.
I feel blessed in many ways, and of course, I am no exception, I experienced two weeks of hotel quarantine when I choose to move from Sydney to Brisbane in the height of COVID. It is also because of COVID that it pushed me to start publishing To Be Honest, with the intention to help people to understand mental health and their own psyche.
I was only hoping for a few listeners, however, you have been helping me to flourish even though some of you disagree about a number of things that I published in this Podcast. I know it must not be easy to open your heart like you have and accept some things that were hard for you to accept in the beginning, but you stick with it! And you keep coming back each week, so I thank you all the more for doing so.
This invisible bond is unbreakable and I whole heartedly know: when united we will be able to get through anything. Thank you for creating our strong To Be Honest tribe, and although I have not met a lot of you in person, I thank you all the same as those whom our paths have crossed, and still. My dear global audience, from near and far, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and let us continue to find the courage to invest in our mental health by talking about it, paying attention to it, and seek help if need be.
Keep those emails coming and I promise I will continue to serve you all better in 2022. Allow me to wish you and your loved ones a very healthy (both physical and mental), happy and safe 2022. Until next year, learn heaps and find the courage to be honest."
Thank you for listening!
