Continuing the horrific story of Christopher Duntcsh, Dr. Death follows the disgraced surgeon through his residency at the University of Tennessee and attempts make his fortune in biotech.

Meanwhile Drs. Henderson and Kirby track down Duntsch’s supervisors at UT and Baylor-Plano demanding to know why they never reported his incompetence. Director Jennifer Morrison utilizes several creative techniques in episode 4, fully emerging us in Duntsch’s world.
