Meet the guest: Dr. Deborah Adewole is an Assistant Professor in Nonruminant Nutrition and Metabolism at the University of Saskatchewan. She earned her Masterโs in Swine Nutrition and her Ph.D. in Monogastric Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Manitoba. Her research focuses on sustainable strategies to improve poultry health, reduce antibiotic use, and enhance production efficiency. Dr. Adewole is also a member of the Poultry Science Association (PSA).ย
