Arkansas just conducted their mid-winter survey and have determined they are more than half-a-million short of their fifteen year average and the lowest total number of mallards since 2013 for this time of year. @thefowlhunter sits down this week with Mike Brasher, Senior Waterfowl Biologist for Ducks Unlimited.
