Lake Ashbaugh is one of many lakes on Arkansas state land, managed by AGFC that provides fishing and serves as a waterfowl refuge during duck season. The lake has had some issues that raised some concerns with avid outdoorsmen so I sat down this week with AGFC Director Austin Booth and Arkansas State Representative Jeremy Wooldridge to discuss. We talk about the current situation of the lake, future plans as well as some ongoing projects including restoration of GTRs and youth shooting.
