Burn fat and get shredded without doing anything? Is it too good to be true?

0:00 Introduction: The truth about V Shred

    1:45 Understanding weight loss
2:42 Why is it harder for some people to lose weight?
5:25 It’s not just about weight loss
6:25 The best diet for weight loss
7:10 Learn more about how to do keto!

You’ve probably seen advertisements offering a program that can help you burn fat and get shredded without doing keto, paleo, or even exercise. This diet only requires you to cut out added sugar and processed foods.

But is this program too good to be true? The short answer: for most people, yes.

Fat burning and weight loss are about what you eat and when you eat. It’s really tied to insulin. If you lower your insulin, your body can stop storing fat and will start burning fat. The lower your carbohydrates, the more fat you’re going to burn.

It’s harder for some people to lose weight than others because they have insulin resistance. Some people can lose weight by only reducing their carbs because they don’t have insulin resistance. But this is rare.

About 70% of the population has insulin resistance. The two main things that increase insulin are carbs and frequent eating. The more insulin resistance you have, the more you have to reduce your carbs and do intermittent fasting.

The problem with the V Shred program is that it focuses on a very small percentage of the population that can lose weight by reducing junk foods and processed sugar. The majority of people will need to at least do fasting to experience results.

It’s also important to remember that it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about getting healthy and looking good as you lose weight. I believe the best way to get healthy and lose weight is to get on the Healthy Keto® diet (lower your carbs and increase the quality of your food), do intermittent fasting, and do the right exercise.

Around 700,000 gallbladder removals are performed in the US every year. Discover the gallbladder removal side effects they don’t tell you about, what happens years after gallbladder removal, and why a healthy gallbladder is vital for digestive health.

When faced with gallbladder surgery, most people are told there’s no other option, and the side effects of gallbladder removal aren’t always properly explained.

The gallbladder is a small sac that stores and concentrates bile, releasing it when you eat to help break down fat. Bile is produced by the liver and is critical for proper nutrient absorption.

Gallbladder stones are one of the main reasons for a cholecystectomy. Gallstones typically form from the crystallization of excess cholesterol. Bile sludge is a precursor to gallstones.

Fat consumption triggers gallbladder contraction and bile release. Low-fat diets are often recommended, but they are not always the best approach for digestive health.

Excess estrogen can increase the risk of gallstones. Insulin resistance can also increase the risk and is often at the root of many gallbladder problems.

The full side effects that can occur after gallbladder removal surgery aren’t always discussed. After gallbladder removal, many people experience problems related to either excess bile or bile deficiency.

Choline is essential for helping prevent gallstones, yet many people don’t get enough. Eggs are one of the best sources of choline.

Clove can act as a natural painkiller, especially for a toothache. Eugenol, the chemical found naturally in clove, can mimic the effects of lidocaine without any side effects. Clove doesn’t just work for toothaches. It may work systematically for many other inflammatory conditions.

Clove can be beneficial for arthritis, swelling, and joint pain. It mimics the effects of NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen.

Cloves also have potent antimicrobial effects, even for antibiotic-resistant bacteria. It’s also beneficial against fungi, viruses, Candida, and parasites like malaria. It’s been shown to mimic the effects of antibiotics without harming good bacteria.

Clove oil can break down biofilms so your immune system can destroy bacteria. Eugenol in clove starves pathogens of energy, preventing them from reproducing.

Clove has also been shown to make insulin more sensitive, producing results similar to a mild form of Metformin.

Here are a few more of the potential benefits of cloves:

    •Cancer-fighting properties
    •Detoxification of the liver
    •Blood-thinning effects
    •Boosts your mood
    •Eliminates gas and bloating
•Higher ORAC scale (antioxidant scale) than blueberries
    •Decreases mucus
    •Improves bad breath

For the benefits of cloves, chew one clove daily, use clove oil topically, or grind it and add it to a smoothie.

Let's talk about the symptoms of vitamin C deficiency you may have never heard of before.

Commonly known vitamin C deficiency symptoms:

    • Bleeding gums
    • Fatigue
    • Loss of collagen
    • Lowered immune system
    • Increased risk of biofilms

Vitamins are cofactors that work with enzymes. Without vitamins and certain minerals, important enzymes in the body can't work.

When you're deficient in vitamin C your body will allocate the vitamin C you have to the essential enzymes, but not all of them. A complete lack of vitamin C is fatal.

Lesser-known symptoms of vitamin C deficiency:

    • Hypochondria
    • Depression
    • Perifollicular hyperkeratosis
    • Anemia
    • Dry hair
    • Inflamed veins
    • Shortness of breath
    • Problems with adrenaline

The best sources of vitamin C are fruits and vegetables. Juice, like apple juice, is not a good source of vitamin C. Juice has too much sugar and is pasteurized, which destroys natural vitamin C.

    Foods rich in vitamin C:

    • Berries
    • Peppers
    • Sauerkraut
    • Leafy greens

Learn more about distilled water and find out the top reasons to drink distilled water.

0:00 Introduction: Is distilled water healthy?

    0:18 What is distilled water?
    2:00 Distilled water benefits
3:43 Is distilled water bad for you?
4:50 Can you drink distilled water while fasting?
6:27 Find out how much water to drink!

Today we’re going to talk about distilled water—what it is and the top reasons to drink distilled water.

Distilled water is basically pure H2O without any impurities, toxins, or minerals. The pH of distilled water is completely neutral, and it has some interesting benefits. If you want to start drinking distilled water, it would be best to make your own.

    Health benefits of distilled water:

    1. It can help remove certain toxins
    2. It can help remove deposits of certain minerals from your joints, arteries, and other tissues
    3. It can help reduce the risk of kidney stones or gallstones

If you drink distilled water, it’s important to put the minerals that you need back into your body. You could do this by taking electrolytes with your distilled water. It’s also crucial to consume foods that are high in minerals.

Drinking distilled water while fasting is a great idea because it can help remove toxins from your body. Just be sure to have plenty of electrolytes.
