After the usual pleasantries, Jeff talks about why you shouldn't use a cellphone in bed, even though he does so anyway. David responds with his theory about the most deeply human quality. The two discuss the strange and fascinating Scandinavian sleep method, much less commonly known as the "personal pizza" sleep method. David asks: Is it harmful to wear earplugs to bed? Jeff shares some general tips for better sleep hygiene. The two complain about their partners' sleep habits that are irritating to their systems as they wind down for sleep.
