It is about becoming more fully alive, more functional, feeling safe in life and being able to receive and participate more in the Spiritual Magic that is now available to you because you have become you

This is the title of the holistic psychologist book and I love her work. But not everybody is self-driven and can do work online and not everybody can take generic advice and generic exercises and make them specific to their own life and their own growth. Some people have been debilitated by their parents and or the educational system and are so wounded that they literally cannot take the first steps to work on themselves. This is not a criticism this is an honest assessment that one has to make for themselves. There is no shame and working with someone else there is no shame in accepting help and guidance. I hope this podcast gives you some small tools to get started.

Being a good person does not mean that you do public acts in the public eye so that everybody notices how great you are. Being a good person means performing private intimate Acts for yourself that make you proud of who You are ...respect to you are and in fact you become your own superhero.

Your everyday choices will lead you to a life of learning and magic.... or they can lead you into the mosh pit. Harry Potter which means you attend Hogwarts, or muggle land. 🙏🏼🌷

Addicts behave like addicts. People pleasing addicts are a little bit harder because others enjoy having people pleasers around. But like all addicts if you're a people pleaser you will spend most of your time manipulating everybody's impression about you and coming off as a very false and inauthentic person. This does tremendous damage to the family not to mention to the Self. With chemical addictions people will often finally speak up but it's very hard to prove people pleasing therefore it is much harder for a people pleaser to get into recovery.

Is it depression? Or maybe you just never been happy or peaceful. Transitioning from trauma based life or an anxiety based life to one that's working can actually be a little bit stressful and confusing.

After healing emotionally and on the psychological level.... take this to another level of learning and healing and evolution. After years on a Spiritual Path you may not have to do the emotional healing.... But if you have feelings you cannot skip over them and do spiritual bypassing. If you have emotions they are your Teachers. Soul Evolution comes with years of work and emotions become less of your Teachers and you are taught in other ways but you cannot skip the steps to get there.

Honesty with the self especially... is the cornerstone of healing. Confessing while groveling on the floor in shame is not honesty. Handling shame has to come first then honesty can come second. And honesty comes with discernment meaning you have to know who you can be honest with and to what degree.

Sounds so simple. And yet with a 68% divorce rate and over half of the Nation on medication need a prescription or recreational you have to wonder what's missing that people are feeling themselves with addictions and distractions in order to feel alive.
