Two of the scariest words for most people.

I always struggled with the idea of being kind because typically I was kind at the expense of myself I would put myself last. I would overgive. I would be overly empathetic and it cost me jobs, friendships, business, and more. I had to redefine kindness for myself given my codependent over giving tendencies. I hope this helps all those sweet spiritual people who are let people run over them in the name of being a good spiritual person.

Angie used to be in Yucaipa classes traveling an hour to get here until she moved to the east coast. We haven't spoken in quite a while but she volunteered to do a podcast and we talk about everything from unicorns to talking fish to Trump and self healing. I got tired of talking to myself so I have been inviting people to have dialogues with me. I don't even know how to frame the content of the session and I may not be able to frame the content of future sessions I'll have to think about that. If you'd like to be someone recorded while having a dialogue with me please let me know. I'll have to figure out how to do it remotely if you're not close by but I'm sure it can be done. And I don't go for professional production on purpose because I'm not polished and perfect and I'm not into marketing I'm into sharing. So I want my podcast to be as imperfect and as messy as I am and maybe also perhaps I'm just lazy lol. You will find all of my recordings have flaws in them just like me. I hope you find these dialogues helpful, interesting, giving a boost to your curiosity about your own life.
