Dr. Robinson's yearly address during January Professional Activity Days where he shares his vision for 2025 and outlines his goals for the year.

The President's 2025 Goals are:

• Ensure college processes, procedures and plans align with LCC Board policy.
• Understand the basic needs of LCC students, including housing insecurity, food insecurity, childcare, and student mental health.
• Sustain LCC’s institutional commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

The President's 2024 Goals are:

Successful re-affirmation of accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission (HLC)

Strong focus on Enrollment Management, including an institution-wide, president-directed emphasis on:

• Cross-functionality
• Urgency
• Removing barriers to recruitment and retention

Elevate transfer mission and strategy in three key areas:

• Successful transition from University Center to Transfer Center model
• Strengthen Envision Green and other institution-specific pathways
• Vigorous and visible promotion of HBCU partnership/transfer

To start the year Dr. Robinson outlines his vision for 2023, which includes three one-word goals that will be the focal point of our work across the college:

2. Accountability
3. Improvement
