In this first episode, Talmage interviews Dr. Tim Thayne, his father. Dr. Thayne is a marriage and family therapist specializing in after-treatment transition to real life. He's worked in a situation similar to a returned missionary's experience his entire career. He's even written a book for parents to help their kids transition home while maintaining the change (Not By Chance). 

Dr. Thayne and Talmage will be teaming up to write a book for returned missionaries.
