Spiced Mulled Sloe
Double measure sloe gin
200ml hot cloudy apple juice
Autumn Crumble
Single measure Martini Bianco
Dash cloudy apple juice
Top with ginger ale
Spiced Buttered Rum
Serves 4:
25g (1 oz) butter
2 tbsp golden caster sugar
2 small cinnamon sticks
8 measures of spiced rum
Spiced Apple Warmer
200 ml cloudy apple juice
1 cinnammon stick
1/3 tsp ground ginger
2 whole cloves
zest of 1/3 orange
100 g golden caster sugar
a shot of Amaretto (or brandy)
