Steph Lamont is an experienced customer strategist and research professional. Currently working with ANZ as the Design Research Manager, Steph has a keen interest in understanding consumer behaviour and using this to create memorable experiences. Having worked with some of Australia’s largest brands, including most recently Bupa, she has extensive industry experience in Technology, Aged Care, FMCG, Education and both State and Federal Government. Steph is also an instructor at Academy xi, where she is currently mentoring students through the UX UI transform course.
