What is the concept of embodiment? “Embodiment or incarnation is defined as the giving of human form to a spirit – to make manifest or comprehensible an idea or concept, through a physical presentation”, “a tangible or visible form of an idea, quality, or feeling”, and “the representation or expression of something in a tangible or visible form.” Our panelist will share about their experience with their body and others bodies in relation to but not limited to Drag & Spirituality.

🌐 PANELIST : Lola Escándalo is a Yoga/ Meditation teacher and Drag artist in Cleveland, OH. As a survivor of conversion therapy, Lola spent years deconstructing her Christian faith, and healing from the trauma it had caused. Drag was the art form that broke the shame associated with Lola’s divine feminine. Being attuned to the feminine, Lola discovered Interfaith religion. She finds that all paths intersect at unconditional love. Lola’s message is one of Love, Spirt, healing and acceptance. The world needs us to shine bright and SLAY. In the words of Walter Mercado, “Mucho Mucho AMOR.”

She is a prolific YouTuber, Twitcher & host of a queer chaplain podcast (featuring series like Drag & Spirituality, TranSpirit & Faith Leaders). Bonnie co-hosts Splintered Grace with her conservative christian aunt and At the CCC recovery podcast.
Bonnie Violet shares her experience of strength and hope about living with HIV, recovery from drugs and alcohol, and healing from sexual assault in classrooms, community centers, churches, and online. As a queer chaplain, she is present with people in death and dying to self by helping to lace your personal narrative with a spiritual thread to remind you of your resilience, strengthen faith in yourself, and create serenity in the now.

🌐 PANELIST : Hey everyone, i am Krizy, i represent the trans, queer emotional kid who never got to experience the power of her full potential. As I’m in the process of reparenting all I’ve missed in my life i get to transmute everything into my drag and give my life a sense of purpose. In other words parts of me are depressed and I’m trying to heal them. I’m also a thirsty whore for dick if we are really opening up. I grew up in Cyprus and now I’m living in the UK.
