First, The plaintiff says she’s a trans woman and LGBTQ activist. She claims she promoted the defendant’s product on social media and never got paid, so she’s suing. The defendant admits he hired the plaintiff to promote his cosmetics but claims she dragged his name through the mud. He’s countersuing for an airline ticket and emotional distress.

Then, The plaintiff and defendant had a one-night stand, and they didn’t talk afterwards. He ran into her at a party and claims he didn’t recognize her, and she got mad. The plaintiff argues the defendant vandalized his car by throwing a rock through it, so he’s suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff crashed into her car and refused to take responsibility for it, so she got angry.

Plus, The plaintiff says she grew up always believing the defendant’s brother was her father. The man denied it, so she’s petitioning the court for a DNA test to see if she and the defendant are related. The defendant is eager to learn the truth to see if she and the plaintiff are related.
