In our last Long Yak of 2018, we cover a bunch of recently completed dramas, express our expectations of newly airing ones, and notice a strong theme of ableism in Korean Dramas lately - if a male lead isn't perfectly perfect in body and mind, he can't be a hero.

Join us in our #DecemberDramas one-tweet review festival on twitter (@dramasoverflow) or email us at [email protected]. Also, check out our patreon page for outtakes and spoiler discussions - http://bit.ly/SupportDOF

We also talk about the Canadian sitcom, Kim's Convenience, which totally counts as a KDrama in our hearts!

We've been talking a lot about Full House on our podcasts and we wanted to let you in on what got us started. This is the audio commentary we recorded over a month back when Anisa introduced Paroma and Saya to the wonders of Rain's interesting shirt designs and Song Hye-kyo's penchant for pigtails. All of our original reactions are captured here for posterity. XD

This commentary is synchronised to the episode on KBS's YouTube channel (linked below). If you watch with any other version, remember to skip the drama intro, which is about 1 min 13 seconds in.

Hello listeners! Stars in My Pocket will now be known as DRAMAS OVER FLOWERS! Everything you like about us will stay the same, just with a slightly easier to remember name! (Ooh, that rhymes!)

Shorter than usual but still a pretty long yak. We're just covering currently watching dramas on this episode. Keep an eye out for "What's Up in Dramaland" making its debut in a couple of weeks where we discuss drama news and upcoming shows.
