"Hi Corporate spirituality is basically inculcating values, ethics and other spiritual contexts and workplaces. This will inculcate a sense of mindfulness among everybody and will help the employees and the other people in the organization work thoroughly with a sense of mindfulness with values and ethics that will help them in guiding their work. Corporate spirituality as a whole is needed by everyone in the organization."

"According to me, corporate spirituality is when you don't religiously practice certain principles, but in a corporate setup or a workplace setup, you practice certain principles that as an outcome gives you a very fulfilled, harmonious and almost peaceful environment to work in. It's where you attain a goal of almost perfect workplace, if I may say so. It's where you have. You find your work meaningful, you find your work engaging, you find happiness in your work, you find peace in your work."

"If I'm asked, what is corporate spirituality? According to me, it is a form of spirituality which can be used at work. What makes it special is that it's a spiritual practice in the least expected of places. Being a psychology student, spirituality is something that is very known to me, and it helps you to see what is good for you."

When we talk about the holistic development of our being, or success and contentment, then what is imperative is to have a life, a corporate life, a work life that is connected, conducive to our mental health.
