Drawn from the Undertow

We've got a lot of emails, so we decide to spend the month addressing them, while also hitting a few small things here and there. Does the game have enough guidance for GMs? Do the rules make it too hard to damage players, or is Luke just going soft? Will we ever find all of the Playbook Moves that refer to mechanics that no longer exist?!

It's time for more ska! Luke introduces Maxie, Molly, Iris and Crystal to the band that wrote the theme song to Kablam! And also apparently invented third-wave ska! Why does this British guy love New York so much? Why are like half of these songs about how listening to The Toasters is a politically radical act? Why haven't you subscribed in large enough numbers yet to make us produce our own Eidolon-branded hot sauce (FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY)?

"Some day you'll see things my way, 'cause you never know, like you never know when you're gonna go..."

WE'RE BACK, BABY. Well, mostly. Zoe could unfortunately not join us for this one, as we recorded it during that week when the east coast was Hell World. But we're still here to talk about a very lame villain who gets drowned in poopwater, and insists on continuing to be a problem even after that!

GENERAL CONTENT WARNING: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is often a crass series that incorporates a wide variety of fraught subject matter, and prioritizes using that fraught material for high drama and unconventional action scenes over approaching the subjects with appropriate care or consideration. We'll include more specific content warnings when covering especially rough episodes, but as a baseline, assume that most topics are handled with insufficient levels of sensitivity. Also, JJBA is a show that heavily features bloody violence and body horror.

"Too many changes I don't understand, I liked it better how it used to be..."
