Opening up season 3 recording from Orlando, Florida, I couldn't help but reflect on how far we've come since season one. Back then, the nerves were real, but the steadfast support from friends and producers carried me through. An ordinary airplane ride unexpectedly sharpened our focus, giving rise to our empowering tagline, "Awaken Dreams, Activate Leaders." This mantra now serves as a guiding light in our mission to foster empowerment and leadership among women.

Building something meaningful takes time, and this episode shines a light on the annual Refresh event, which is at the core of our ministry.
