Once you are in a higher state of vibration (more self aware), you are no longer be distracted by petty things. You no longer automatically react to all external stimuli. You have a deeper understanding of what serves you and what does not. Keep your focus on the big picture when you bring up issues, or you risk turning a small issue into a much broader problem
Think of any incident which is concerning you and write down 3 aspects:
Why am I impacted?
What should change?
What can I control in that?Also ponder over these 2 aspects
What makes me happy and what good things happened today?
Why do I feel happy about them?Last one but most important
Who is that one person who helped you and made you happy?
