In this episode I talk with Corrina Snow, Coach and Healing Maven from Snow Crane Healing here in Vermont. Corrina is a guide who supports women in reconnecting to the rhythms of their cycles. For the last ten years Corrina has been working to help people lessen anxiety and stress, balance hormones and transition to new phases of life with grace. Corrina is trained in traditional Chinese Medicine and natural health. She began this path because she wanted to be able to care and treat herself and her family. She was fed up with doctors prescribing medication for what she intuitively knew could more effectively and safely be treated by natural means. Her goal was personal health sovereignty and she offers this to her clients as well.
