I say "Farewell" with a heart full of gratitude and hope for our future.  After two wonderful years of community and great conversation, Dressed for the Protest is going away to make room for new opportunities and ways to engage in our great democracy.  Thank you to all who made this a special place.

Fresh out of my Constitutional Law class, I walk through impeachment, the process, what the law says and what it DOESN'T say.

Adam Selby and I chat again about the latest Democratic Presidential candidate debate and all the latest in the political horserace. This is the most meaningful election of our generation, so we hash out all the petty and not-so-petty differences between the candidates. VoteBlueNoMatterWho!

My conversation with Texas House District 106 Democratic candidate Jennifer Skidonenko focused on motherhood, her community, and her sensible solutions on guns, schools, and activism.

I sat down over coffee with civil rights attorney and candidate Delia Parker-Mims.  Delia is running for the Denton County Commissioners Court, Seat 3, and shared her vision of the County Commissioners helping the citizens of Denton achieve their potential. We talk about voting rights, her work in Legal Aid and other civil rights issues, and how to support women of color running for office.
