After being chronically ill and suffering from vitiligo, eczema, acne, Epstein Barr, & more she decided enough was enough and did the complete Medical Medium protocol a few years ago. She talks about how the healing process is not always linear and the art of patience that she learned. The importance of healing emotionally and spiritually along with physically.  She shares what her life looks like today and what she does on a daily basis to make sure she is healing, happy, and healthy!

On our final episode of 2020, Sara and Christy reflect on how the holidays will look different for both of them this year. Christy migrated to Naples, Florida for the time being to work seasonally before her move to TX! Sara drops major news... she adopted a DOG!!! She discusses how she prepared mentally and financially for her adoption. They close out the episode on how the holidays and gifts have shifted for them now that they and their siblings have gotten older. Sara and Christy share what they have learned from living with roommates in college to how they approach living situation challenges now.

Amber Meyer and Ashley Shinn join us for todays discussion of all things related to your relationship with your physical image. We touch on body positivity, what being "healthy" looks like to us, and how we maintain a healthy mental relationship with our physical appearance. Ashley opens up about weight gain/loss and her relationship with her body now. Amber touches on what she does to make sure she is in a good place with her body and what obstacles she has had to overcome to get there.

Christy and Sara open up about the hardships they went through in their adolescence that shaped their identity today. Sara shares her experience being adopted from Colombia and being raised in Minnesota. She walks us through her experience being adopted and the stigmas she has dealt with. Christy touches on how the #breakingcodesilence movement hits home for her specifically. She shares how that experience was very traumatizing but has made her so passionate for all things mental health.

On todays episode we touch on identity and success for the first time. We bring on Christy's childhood best friend Daniel. Daniel has not had everything handed to him and has had to work extra hard for everything he has in life. We break down the stigmas that came from attending private school. We also discuss the barriers he has had to overcome to be the successful young adult he is today. We also touch on how he had used his creative side to cope with anxiety and the struggles he has faced.

Sara and Christy take this episode to take a step back and really let you guys dive into their lives head first. Sara opens up about being adopted and struggling with identity. Christy opens up about dealing with anxiety, her dilemmas in todays workforce, and what career move to make next. They both touch on what they value in current relationships/friendships and the first question they always ask on dates.

We interview Belle Decker, Marina Enright and Mia Chae about everything from dating at home to rekindling hometown friendships. This was such a fun episode to record for our first interview!
