Strange behavior in the past ten days from the Department of Homeland Security in the state of Kansas. First, the top-secret briefing to lawmakers without press or staff members allowed to tag along as the legislators were taken on bus by the National Guard to an abandoned military facility south of Topeka. Couple that with a 4.4 magnitude earthquake, drones spotted flying in formation out west, the facility being constructed in Manhattan, and two strange job postings by the DHS in the days after they briefed lawmakers on a "life-altering" event.
