-1 & 1/2oz Irish whisky
-3/4oz lemon juice
-3/4oz simple syrup
-1/2oz red wine

Instructions:

1. Shake everything together minus the wine
2. Strain into achilled cocktail glass.
3. Float the red wine on top.

To make the Party Punch:

-8 Cups Blue Hawaiian Polar Blast juice
-1 cup pineapple juice
-1 cup vodka
-1/2 cup white rum
-maraschino cherries

Mix all liquids in a large pitcher, chill, and serve over ice with a cherry to garnish.
