The conversation starts out as the three recall a troubled period in any creative's life - the days right after art school. Adam shares the experience of forging his own path in Melbourne's art world, via residencies in New York and Beijing.

Episode 4 is hands down the most quotable of the season!

Your hosts welcome Chantal Wynter to Matto's westside abode and the trio hit the ground running by plotting a murder. They get sidetracked as Chantal shares the history of West Projections Festival.

They unpack some fruitful and rotten thinking around arts practice, artists as adults that play and practitioner labels. Chantal and Elizaveta unanimously explode in the "aha!" moment as Matto teaches them that even fruit trees don't bear fruit all year round.

Finally, Elizaveta reveals a little too much about her dorky work ways, but her friends seem to like her anyway.
