We will be visiting about all the necessary work HR and Recruiting goes though to hire the right candidate (Interviewing, Assessing, Checking, Testing, etc.) only to have the new hire show up the first day and not know where to go. Properly on-boarding the newly acquired and hired employee is definitely one of those "gaps" in the organizational process for many companies small to the big dogs!
