養生最高境界,就是你看上去好像也沒特別幹什麼事,但就是老得慢、走得快,身強體健不說,那心情,還很歡快。
The highest state of wellness is when you seem like you aren't doing anything special, yet you age slowly, pass away quickly, possess a strong and healthy body, and maintain a joyful and cheerful mood.
我之前有說過,若是你一天60%以上的時間內心穩定😎,那你身上的地水火風空各元素,也都會很和諧。
I've mentioned before that if your inner state is stable for more than 60% of the day 😎, then the elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space within your body will also be in harmony.
該代謝的時候代謝、該排毒的時候排毒,該進氣的時候,清新好空氣你都吸得比別人大口。
You'll metabolize when you should, detoxify when you should, and when it's time to breathe in, you’ll inhale that clean, good air in deeper draughts than others.
🧘 持咒修習 (Mantra Practice)
若要維持內心穩定、安定,能定能守,不讓精力與生命能量輕易外洩,那,持咒將是一個非常好的方法。
To maintain inner stability and tranquility—to be steady and self-contained, preventing the easy dissipation of vital energy and life force—mantra recitation is an excellent method.
至少,我都是這樣練功的。(我自認滿有效,去印度生活沒有水土不服、到德國還能生龍活虎、在台灣健保卡幾乎都用不到,很少很少生病這樣😅)
At least, this is how I practice. (I believe it's quite effective—I had no acclimatization issues living in India, was vibrant and active in Germany, and barely need to use my health insurance card in Taiwan, as I rarely get sick 😅).
至於要練哪門功呢?各門各派只要跟你相應、志趣相投,然後你越練越容光煥發的,那你都可以練。
As for which practice to adopt? You can practice any lineage or tradition that resonates with you, matches your aspirations, and makes you more radiant as you continue.
因為我是醫生嘛,不用多想、沒有二心,在西藏,只要從事跟醫治、製藥、冷却身心靈業火有關的療癒系工作,都是要觀修藥師佛的🧘,我自然也是從實習開始,就不間斷修習。
Since I am a doctor, there's no need to overthink or have mixed feelings: in Tibet, anyone engaged in healing work related to treatment, medicine-making, or cooling the karmic fire of the body and mind must meditate on the Medicine Buddha 🧘. Naturally, I have practiced it continuously since my internship.
🙏 咒語與持誦 (The Mantra and Recitation)
以下心咒,不是秘密,無須灌頂,也不用特別拜入名師門下,只要你願意滋長慈悲心、有希望他人健康這樣的心意,都可以持誦。
The following Heart Mantra is not a secret, requires no empowerment, and does not demand that you formally study under a renowned master. As long as you are willing to cultivate compassion and harbor the wish for others' health, you may recite it.
藥師佛法門傳得很廣,祂的咒語有長有短、有不同翻譯、有不同語言,但基本上核心概念都是一樣的,那就是身心靈三個層面的健康滿願。
The Dharma gate of the Medicine Buddha is widespread. His mantras come in long and short forms, with various translations and languages, but the core concept remains the same: the fulfillment of health wishes on the three levels of body, speech, and mind.
咒語跟聲音、跟振動頻率很有關,我們聽聲音來學👂,除非你是做翻譯做比較文學的,否則不用拘泥為什麼人家這樣翻,字怎麼不一樣這類的問題。
Mantras are closely related to sound and vibrational frequency. We learn by listening 👂. Unless you are a translator or working in comparative literature, you do not need to be pedantic about why someone translated it this way, or why the characters look different.
