This week, the Boys are back playing meaningful baseball! No more Cactus League, no more spring, and no more WBC, because we have the regular season right ahead of us! We chat the opening day roster, and how much it's going to change throughout the course of a season. So no need to freak out about it. Some questionable bullpen demotions, but we're sure that they will be up at some time during the season. We discuss the expectations for this club, what their ceiling/floor is, and what we can look to as needlemovers for the 2026 season. Everything and everything Royals is what we're about. Then we end it with america's favorite segment: Drop the Ball!
This week on the show, we chat the outstanding performances from the WBC on the Royals. Starting with Maikel Garcia as the MVP of the whole tournament! Salvador Perez adds to his resume as Venezuela takes the crown for 2026! We also highlight Bobby Witt Jr. being a staple for team USA. Vinnie Pasquantino being the captain of Italy with Jac Caglianone by his side. The Royals young core showed out in the WBC. After, we touch on the rotation with some recent re-assignments being the writing on the wall for how it's going to shake out. We also see who's going to take that last bench spot, there have been some good performances in spring, but we choose who we would prefer. Then, of course, we end it with america's favorite segment: Drop the Ball!
This week, we talk the Chiefs new additions in Free Agency. As they highlight Kenneth Walker to be the starting RB in the future. Khyiris Tonga, Alohi Gilman, Kader Kohou all are being added to this roster that lost a good amount of defensive starters the past couple years. So, they will be a welcome addition for sure. We talk what that means for the Chiefs moving forward and what else they need to do before training camp.

This week, the guys talk the World Baseball Classic, and how awesome it is to see all the players rep their own countries. If you don't like the WBC, give it another shot! It is peak baseball as we know it! We discuss the Royals' own performances in the WBC so far, as they're just getting started. Carter Jensen is highlighted as one to look out for while he's one of the last of the core back at Spring Training in Surprise. Starling Marte is a Royal, as we look to see what he could do in a Royals uniform in 2026. Matt seems to like it a lot, as Jackson doesn't see it as moving the needle. We also highlight a couple guys for fans to take a look at as the stars are away at the WBC. And of course, we end it with America's favorite segment: Drop the Ball!
This week, we talk Trent McDuffie getting traded away from the Chiefs. We highlight the pros and cons of trading the All-Pro Corner. There were some cap casualties that took place, but the Chiefs are better for it, and ready to add more in Free Agency. Then, we look at the extra draft picks, and the early pick the Chiefs already have, as they have a BIG decision of where to go with those first round picks. We dive a bit on Jac Caglianone's approach at the plate, and how some adjustments have seemingly helped him so far. Isaac Collins is starting to get some playing time, and we see how important he really is to this roster. Some pitching injuries around the league make us speculate whether Kris Bubic will be moved, and how he did NOT look happy coming into camp after an offseason of rumors with his name. Which we start talking about the depth in this bullpen, and it might be Top 10 when we're all set and done.
