Let's look at what glamorizing success and self-sabotage have in common this week.
Hint: it's more than you think...
This week we start in on a multi-part recount of a recent uplevel cycle that I've been undergoing.
These episodes were recorded at the end of August, and I felt the need to hold on to them. As always, I listened to that stirring of my soul, and help on to them until now.
So much has happened since then, and it feels absolutely important that I share the beginning of this whole process. Even listening back through it has been an awesome reminder of the changes that have happened since then!
Listen on to hear...
Common symptoms of a spiritual awakening.
Why they can feel SO DAMN intense.
A simple exercise to help manage that intense feeling.
And finally, my personal account of being in the depths of this current uplevel cycle.
I'm super excited about this week's episode and can't wait to share it with you!

This week's episode finishes a two-part look into perception. Today we're discussing the following things:
What shapes our perceptions and responses.
How to hop out of the ego-driven cart and into the control booth of the perception-response roller coaster.
The effect that the things we consume have on our subconscious programming (even if it doesn't reaalllyyyy feel like it).
Why you shouldn't give up when the reprogramming process feels harder than getting the program in the first place.
How to tell the difference between consciously programmed reactions and unconsciously programmed ones
Finally, I give you the one and only actionable step of the episode. It's going to help the shift into the control booth feel almost effortless.

This week's episode begins a two-part look into perception. Today we're discussing the following things:
Why we adhere so strongly to a black and white view of a many shades of grey world.
How that black and white perception causes "perfection paralysis" and how to overcome it.
What a 1920 Model T and 2020 GMC truck to have to do with our expectations of our selves (hint: imagine taking the 1920 driver and sitting him smack dab in the driver's seat of a 2020 GMC truck)
Why pursuing things for the wrong reasons makes it so easy to panic when things don't go as planned.
and plenty more tidbits of insight. I'm super excited about this week's episode and can't wait to share it with you!

Today on Drop Your Boxes we're exploring a subject that we can all relate to, judgment. Whether it's coming from us or being given to us, we've all had a turn.
Questions I answer in this episode:
Is everyone judgemental?
What causes judgment?
How to use both the things we judge in others and the things we receive judgment about to add to your road map.
What happens when you take the first step to express yourself fully (it's not actually what your brain wants you to think).

This week we're getting into one of my favvvvorite subjects. How to hear the difference between a yelling ego and a whispering intuition.
In this episode we get into...
Three definitions of ego.
A bridge between Christianity and spirituality to explain ego versus intuition.
What ego sounds like when it knocks at your door and what intuition sounds like instead (and it has cookies)
Actionable steps to help you not only identify ego and intuition but to integrate the ego as well.

Welcome back for another weeks episode.
Today we're getting into one of the most enjoyable parts of manifestation, faking it until you make it! I know that can have a bad rap, but bear with me here because it's a game changer.
We're also going to talk about ways to keep yourself feeling abundant AF and why that even matters.
Finally we finish up by why it's so important to break that worry loop and just get started on pursuing whatever it is you can't quit thinking about.

This week we look into what the manifestation process looks like in the beginning versus what it looks like after you make it past the initial overload of undoing years of limiting beliefs.
We get into why so many people turn to physical tools (crystals, candles, etc) at the beginning of their journey, but may shed them or change their approach as they progress.
We take a look into what it looks like to literally flip the universe the bird (a.k.a. submitting to a scarcity mindset) and why it actually makes no sense at all when you look at it rationally.
Finally we discuss how to keep the things you manifest even after they appear, because it’s just as easy to dismantle something as it is to build it.
As always, when you're finished up, come join me on instagram to go even deeper.

Welcome back to another episode! Today we dive into the basics of manifestation.
Managing your personal energy field using our mental and physical tools that we are born with.
Learning how to recognize your coping mechanisms and help them work for you instead of against you.
How people pleasing not only robs you of your power to decide, but also of your power to celebrate.
How to recognize three marker words that show you a belief you hold because of someone else and how to reframe it to work for you.
Finally we briefly explore some outside tools and techniques you can use to help facilitate this work.

In this pilot episode, we dive into my start in manifestation and how I figured out how to drop my own boxes (a.k.a. expectations that I thought others had for me) in order to pursue a life completely in alignment with those little whispers that ultimately led to a life I couldn’t have imagined.
How I learned to trust that life is really working out in my best interest and by clinging so tightly to my “to accomplish” list, I was shutting the door in the face of even bigger success.
Finally, we dive into what it looks like to “live selfishly” and why it’s not actually as terrible as we’ve been taught it is. Spoiler alert, it looks a lot like putting on your own oxygen mask before you help someone else with theirs.
