PTSD: Not just a problem for soldiers
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back to Season 2 of the Dropping Dymes Podcast! Yo, we missed y'all, and hoping y'all missed us as much! We're back and ready to tell our truth, and we still ain't no snitches!!!βπΎ
Coming back at you all with good conversations, and we're jumping out here the conversation about PTSD.
I think a lot of us were introduced to it when family and friends came back from active war zones who were in the military, but later realized that some of us have been functioning through a life that is traumatic and stressful.
We usually hear about it being stress from gunshots, dangerous situations, assault of any kind, but have we thought the PTSD set up from past relationships, friendships, jobs, managers, etc?
We have to recognize some of these things for exactly what they are, so that we can learn from it, grow from it and continue to grow from it!
We hope the conversation opens up more conversations, discussions and awareness to what you could possibly be going through. Remember to Share, Comment, Subscribe, hit that πΒ and ππΎ!
We love y'all, and thanks for letting us borrow a little of your time!
