Some people say that Trance music brings tears to their eyes, some say it creates feelings of euphoria. But have you ever heard Trance so EPIC that the sky opens up and out steps a beautiful, deadly, warrior angel from heaven? Yes of course this happens!  So what do you do? Remain calm and Rave on! Yes, this is exactly what happend to DJ Lithium, and so inspired he recorded this set to immortalize the feeling. So if this ever happens to you, don't be alarmed, it's not the end of the world, it's not Jesus in a flaming chariot, it's just a Valkyrie summoned by the music. Who is the Synthetic lady? The Geeks and Monkey's among you may actually recognize her. No she's not human, but how would you know? Is this our future here? Some would say it's rapidly approaching, the Singularity is near. So then the question to ask is the classic "Do Androids Dream of Electric sheep?" hmmm...does anyone? Do Monkey's dream of electric banana's? Do DJ's dream of electronic beats? Oh snap! ...yes they do! That being said please dance, dream and scream to this set by Collin Stone. It's the heat of summer! Time for hot nights with hot beats on a steamy hot dancefloor! ...or it's a time for heavy thinking and science???? huh? Well according to Dirty and his calculations Einstein's theory was wrong! E=MC2 has nothing to do with mass and light and all that monkey business. Dirty and some of the greatest scientific minds in the world have recalculated the formula to this:  mC2=Dirty. No doubt this challenges the very foundation of our society and the scientific community has now merged with the dance music community in celebration! mC Dirty is up for a Nobel prize! Turns out in fact that Einstein was also a DJ and was especialy fond of Electro Breaks! YAY Science! YAY Music!  YAY Dirty! Now is that time everyone, the time that we all dance! You loved the big finish of Mirrorball 3 so now for the big REEEEEEEEEEEWIND! That's just Tony's style, dessert first now on to the meat and potatoes! This time the main course goes out with a little extra electro on top...so take a deep breath and have some water handy! It is the year 2002. Come back with us to a time when Trance reached its peak and crowds of ravers and clubbers raised hands in the air in unity. The music fueled us at 27.0 (140 bpm) Goosebumps on our arms and the energy of the universe flowed around us. We were together and we were underground! DJ's actually mixed the music, it was the last days of vinyl records. As they say, they don't make music like this anymore! There is no room big enough for this! If you were there, you know the score. So for those of us that remember the Earl Von Bye summer annual SANCTUARY, its a time of reverence....ten years later a classic is timeless.  For the rest of you, please prepare yourself for an EPIC journey and the adventure of a lifetime. Yes in fact the Master Kat  - DJ Lithium -  did play this very set live in Calgary in June 2012! Of course it was all vinyl, did you hear the needle drop, and the static at the start? Proof indeed! Vinyl records is an art form to mix and the DJ a craftsmen. Sadly it's a dying art as fewer and fewer DJ's spin the legendary "wheels of steel" and almost no new DJ's learn the skills. Guess nobody knows that vinyl records are the pathway to immortality! As such DJ Lithium will live forever. What about you?
