One Year of podcasting has now led us full circle. Back to the Monkey who started us off with his amazing COTTON CLUB set, which to date still runs as our flagship set with more downloads than any other. Collin Stone is his name...deep and smooth is his game! He resides now in the beautiful and international city of Vancouver from where he has easy flight access to his gowing fanbase on the West Coast of the US, Hawaii, Japan and Asia and even now Austrailia and New Zealand. We all miss his Monkey Madness back home at the Calgary Studio but we also know that the show must go on! One year of Monkey’s!  Let’s celebrate a year of amazing music and drunken excess! The podcast turns 1, do you have them all? To celebrate this greatest event the universe has yet seen, we have a very special set recorded by two of our finest and most distinguished gentlemen Dj’s - MC Dirty and Earl Von Bye. Who knew that putting these very different Dj’s together would result in such magic? I do believe someone even said “wow”!! As such a new Dj duo is born who we now call Dirty Earl. You will certainly and without a doubt be dancing to these guys again so take note!  Drunken Monkey creates another dance floor monster! NEWS FLASH! STOP THE PRESS! EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT - MC DIRTY ENGANGED TO BE MARRIED! HOPEFUL LADIES ALL AROUND THE WORLD NURSE THEIR BROKEN HEARTS. Well well, bet you didn't see this one coming. Yes it's true, the lady killer himself, MC Dirty is officially engaged to the smart, witty and talented Miss Shannon, and yeah she's pretty easy on the eyes too! Congratulations to the happy couple! This would then explain of course the nature of Dirty's new podcast, for once it's NOT about the usual fast cars and fast women. Now we see the romantic side of our main MC as he pours out  an hour long balled about love! Not only will your feet want to dance, but your heart will also gush with so much sweet and sappy love 'n stuff. Does the Man of Many Faces have a hidden agenda? One might wonder given his diverse talents and various names; DJ Dramatik, The Man of Many Faces, The Hardest Working Man in Showbiz. He's a DJ, a producer, an actor, a pornstar, a king fu master, and a professional surfer. What else would explain all those stamps in his passport? Digging a little deeper our Drunken Monkey sources on the inside found his name attached to a covert CIA operation in Belgium that occured simultaneous to his recent gig in Brussels. Coincidence? It was around the year 2001. The infamous Tune Family was ripping up parties and Thomas The Teacher toured Western Canada as the right hand man of Earl Von Bye, but really second to none. Thomas was THE man! A master of house music, he turned every performance on its head and made the impossible possible! Then while at the top of his game, suddenly and inexplicably, he disappeared. It’s been considered one of the strangest mysteries of the electronic dance world. Gone without a trace, the only evidence: his final DJ set recorded on a gold disc, and a lock of hair the oddly defies DNA analysis. Like Elvis there have been many alleged sightings around the globe, at Mexican taco stands, NYC subway sightings, on arctic whaling expeditions and the usual riff raff. Where in the world is Thomas The Teacher?? Drunken Monkey believes the answer lies within the final set. It is a message! Thus the file has been reopened, and the search begun anew! It's been days of backbreaking labour and hard work moving the entire Drunken Monkey Studio to a new bigger location. Everyone sits exausted and hungry amid a disaster of speakers, cables and gear. The podcast is already 5 days late and without the studio we are doomed...suddenly there's a massive boom and a flash of light out front, and in a 1.21 Gigawatt explosion of fire, a silver DeLorean appears! The door opens and none other than DJ Hans steps out! Hans where have you been? Not where, but when he explains, as he hands over a cassette tape...October 25th, 1985. The podcast is saved!
