In this episode, Jason continues in this series with a focus on sharing the vision.  During the team retreat, there needs to be a goal for the day.  This is the opportunity to acutely share that goal and that vision.

Why do we do what we do? How should we evolve?  What is the true difference we make in the community.

Appropriately sharing the vision ensures everyone on the team 'gets it'.  Making sure everyone understands the vision helps with goal setting and strategy discussion later in the day.
