On this edition of Century: CND69 Part Three. We feature voices of

civil society from the 69th session of the UN\'s Commission on Narcotic

Drugs including Ben Saul, UN Human Rights Council Special Rapporteur

on Counterterrorism and Human Rights; Judy Chang, Program Officer at

the Open Society Foundations; Benjamin Phillips with the International

Drug Law Advocacy and Resource Center; and representatives of Youth

RISE and the Africa Network of People who Use Drugs. Plus, the

Washington Office on Latin America and the Kino Border Initiative have

issued a new report entitled Denouncing Into the Void: The Dismantling

of Internal Oversight and Accountability at DHS. We hear two speakers

from the report\'s launch: Adam Isacson, Director for Defense Oversight

at WOLA, and Juan Cuellar, Director of Education and Advocacy at the

Kino Border Initiative.
