Good morning, welcome back to 2021!

I just want to take a moment to reintroduce myself and my intention for the year.

I'm a regular guy with a teenager and second wife. (She's first in my life though!)

I'm also an artist and entrepreneur who has had his businesses ravaged by this pandemic we are in.

My intention is to share relatable stories from my own life in order to let people know that we ALL GO THROUGH SIMILAR experiences and that they are not isolated in their feelings.

In a nutshell, I am just trying to spread love. Based on my own life, not everyone is ready for that love which brings me to my 2021 outro:

I know everyone wants to have a better next year than they had last year. But it is widely reported that people start the new year with unattainable goals that are often out of reach.

I myself and super guilty of this.

So I wanted to remind everyone it is about the small everyday changes that make the big difference.

So lets make a small change to our habits this week that will result in some long term change!

Too many of us blame Monday and have written it off before its even started.

I got the jump on Monday yesterday by prepping my day and week so I'm ready to succeed.

Meal plans, work schedules, sleep patterns.........all laid out so I can be the champion of my own story.

Today I am celebrating a big win. The record label (@beastvancity ) is finally doing some thangs and I have a viable second job.

Owning and operating a rap label has been my dream since highschool so you can only imagine what this means to me right now.

Thanks to everyone lately that has been holding it down and buying beast van / dubgee / emotionz and kool keith merch. I really appreciate yall.

So this weekend, I'm clearing the shelves and offering all of our beast van merch at damn near cost so I can make room for all the new merch coming in 2021.

Mental health check in!!

Don't try to quit coffee during COVID lol.

But for real, I know a lot of people are struggling right now with mental health and we are upon the season of suicide.

Winter always has the worst stats for suicide so can we please start checking in on our friends that might need it?

A vaccine is a couple of months away and so is the spring. Only one mo th away from the darkest day of the year and then things slowly start getting back to normal.

So be good to one another.
