First, The plaintiff is dating the defendant’s cousin. She says she gave the defendant money to help her buy a car, but he never got it for her. The plaintiff claims the defendant threatened to shoot her when she asked him about it, so she’s suing for her money back, the value of a dog, and emotional distress. The defendant argues he bought the car, but then the plaintiff called the cops on him. He’s countersuing for house locks, a car ignition, and damaged car windows.

Then, The plaintiff says heroin has taken over her hometown, and her daughter’s then-girlfriend died from an overdose. She’s suing her daughter’s new girlfriend because she loaned her money for bond her out of jail, but the defendant hasn’t paid her back. The defendant says she’s been addicted to pain pills for years and struggles to pay sober. She doesn’t think she should repay the plaintiff because she financially supports the plaintiff’s daughter
