Carl and Mike open up the show with their thoughts on hearing from Kevin Stefanski in his introductory press conference and agree hearing from the Falcons new head coach made them feel better about the hire. As they discuss they note how Stefanski kept his answers relatively "gray" in regards to Michael Penix Jr. however believe he is completely on board with Penix Jr. being the team's QB of the future.

Carl and Mike close out the show with final thoughts on the Hawks win over the Pacers today to extend their win streak to three games in a row and agree it is good to see them get the win as they have been struggling of late. They then get back to Falcons talks as they share thoughts on why the Falcons have to find a way to be one of the teams 'to flip the script' after seeing the Patriots reach the playoffs in Mike Vrabel's first season as their head coach and Drake Maye's second year as QB1.

Carl and Mike get back into more football talk as they react to the NFC championship game and agree the game lived up to the hype and had a bend don't break feel and both teams had their playmakers step up, referring to Jaxson Smith-Njigba and Puka Nacua.

Carl and Mike get back into some more football talk as they continue to share thoughts on the conference championship games and the Super Bowl matchup which they both believe should make for a great game between the Seahawks and Patriots. They then get into some Falcons talk as they discuss what they expect to possibly hear from Kevin Stefanski during his introductory press conference on Tuesday, as Carl believes it will be good to hear him address what he would do differently with the Falcons in comparison to his time with the Browns.

Carl and Mike come back with football talk as they react to the AFC and NFC championship games, agreeing Sean Peyton should have kicked the field goal towards the end of the first half. As they discuss, they share thoughts on how some believe weather was an issue and the conference championships should be played in a neutral site, which they do not agree with and believe teams have to do their best to win home field advantage.

Carl and Mike open up the show with some Hawks talk as they agree "winning beats losing" and it is good to see the team earn their third straight win. As they discuss, they share thoughts on whether or not the team should make a move by the trade deadline as they are currently sitting in the 10th place spot in the Eastern Conference standings.

:00 - Carl and Mike open up the show with some Falcons talk as they react to the latest reports on the team continuing their interviews with candidates for their general manager role to which they agree while there is nothing overly noteworthy about the individuals, they agree they would like for the team to bring in someone from a team with a winning culture. They then share thoughts on Matt Ryan's comments in regards to saying there will need to be patience with Michael Penix Jr. in regards to his development.

:20 – Carl and Mike are joined by Bryant McFadden as they discuss some of the latest NFL headlines and preview this weekend's NFL conference championship matchups.

:40 – Carl and Mike get into some of the latest sports headlines including Mike McDaniel interviewing for the Bills HC job despite accepting the Chargers OC job, multiple coaches turning down the Browns for their HC vacancy, and Fernando Mendoza officially declaring for the NFL draft.

3 O’clock Hour

:00 – Carl and Mike get into some brief college hoops talk as they share some love to Georgia as they highlight how well the team is playing and agree Mike White may be leading them into the NCAA tournament this season. They then get into some football talk as they briefly preview this weekends conference championship games as they agree it is hard to believe the Patriots are not favored by more than 4.5 points against the Broncos.

:20 – Carl and Mike are joined by Aditi Kinkhabwala as they discuss what went wrong with Kevin Stefanski in Cleveland and why Falcons fans must believe in the former Browns coach being someone who can do more with less.
